Perfect location for my job at the moment. Nice staff, clean rooms with kitchenette. The one thing that is a bit disappointing is no business center, but they do have a nice workout room, but no A/C... and it's very hot and humid here in LA, but other than that, Very pleased.
Five stars all the way around. Rooms were clean and well kept, even had a few pots and pans, silverware, etc.. all common areas were clean, the laundromat in the lobby has brand new LG washers and driers for a low price ($6 for both) It's decently quiet but depends on who you have next door to you. Have left too early in the morning for breakfast, so can't comment on that. Prices are not too bad, and location is great for all the plants around and only 10 mins from I-10.
The manager and all the staff were very kind and very helpful every single day. They made my stay here absolutely wonderful.
Fast check-in, Super clean rooms and very friendly staff. This is the only place I would recommend when staying in the Donaldsonville area.

I had an out-of-town job and I needed a place to stay it turned out to be a very nice place, prices are excellent, very clean, everyone very friendly and always willing to help If you have any problems.they have lots of cameras for secure parking lot and building.room gets cleaned twice a week, this is a great place to stay. I recommend it.
